Established in 2010, Cuisine Art Kosher Catering Miami is owned and operated by Chef Shimi Alon with an impeccable reputation for creating the finest event catering and preparation in all of South Florida.

We specialize in weddings and large events catering to over 1,000 guests.

We have worked with major hotels and venues such as The Fontainebleau Hotel,
The Newport Hotel, Trump Plazas,The Boca Resort, Hilton Hotels, The W Hotel, The Addison and Turnberry Isle.

Cuisine Art Catering also caters weekly events at many local synagogues on a regular basis.
Our kitchens and catering style allow us to craft unique menus. Chef Shimi creates dishes using only the finest and freshest ingredients, brought in and prepared daily for the most discerning palates.

Our food is glatt kosher and is prepared under the strictest rabbinical supervision.

Chef Shimi’s passion for food began as a young child learning traditional cooking from
Generations in his Moroccan/Jewish family heritage.

Growing up in Israel, Chef Shimi developed a passion for food that inspired him to choose cooking as a career.

Chef Shimi received his professional Chef Training at The La Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris, France and Tadmor Institute in Israel.

In business for over 20 years, Chef Shimi provides full service catering, drop-off catering, party platters, personal chef service and more.
